This company started out so promising. The account creation and funding was very fast. Spreads are good, order execution was good. Everything was going fine until I made a request to withdrawal funds. My initial deposit was $2000. Three days later my balance was over $4500 and I requested a withdrawal via paypal (the same account and amount that was used to fund the account) and it's been nothing but runaround and aggravation ever since. I've gotten emails from them saying they need to "investigate" this or that and have made some document requests which I instantly complied with. It always leads to another email that's very unclear in what it's asking for. They say they're located in Canada but they've hidden their domain registration contact information, not a good sign. This has been going on for 12 days, and today I got another email saying they're going to close the account and "adjust the original account balance." I have no idea what that means. I'm not ready to call them a scam just yet, but it's not looking good.
