What a waste of space and a total rip-off. $40 commission on each lot traded and a spread of up to 15 pips on some crosses, and this is during normal trading. Re-quotes and slippage will leave you in a spin, trades are usually held on their servers for a few vital seconds before execution. You'll always be saying WTF each time you execute a trade. They are having a laugh. Or maybe the joke is on whoever opens a live account with them.

I don't know if its a scam but I would advice all to run the other way.

Default the commission is to high per trade

In reply to some of the above comments - there is no $40 commisison per trade, only on the demo, not on the live.

From my experience the customer service is very good with the 24 hours support, yes the spreads can be slightly larger then other brokers, but you can trade a much larger variety of products from the one platform. And if you are not scalping then the few extra pips isn't too bad.

I've had no issues withdrawaing as long as you send in the docs they need.

Default hymarkets is a complete rip off !

complete rip off as i did not read any review before opening a live account with hymarkets.com is a (scam)
i would strongly recommend that all innocent traders stay away as i am about to get my money back from hymarkets (hopefully).
spreads are up to 15 during trading hours as i was told about 3 pips on premium account .
Trades are usually held on their servers before execution and you would consider your self lucky if execution is successful, customer service is polite be useless. some one will be lucky if make money by trading with hy markets .

They need stupid documentation just an excuse to delay the withdrawal . plz plz think 5 times before trading with hy ...
