Default about using fxpro services

I really don't know what the fuss is about the withdrawal thing.

i did a test withdrawal on Nov.13.2008, and i had my money in my paypal account SIX HOURS after i submitted my request.

forex is a tricky business, but so far, my experience with FxPro has been nothing but GOOD, no serious issues so far.

Default fxpro and north finance

I came to FxPro through the transfer from North Finance.

I made a test withdraw a few month ago by Bank Wire without any problem, the money was in my bank account 3 days later as its usual for wires.

The overall experience is good, as it was with NF, maybe a little better because I don't see as much "stop hunting" as before.

The only issue I have at present is because of the new website, only one of my accounts is showing and I can't deposit or withdraw meanwhile they fix the problem, but I think this is a normal technical problem, maybe they shouldn't have opened the new site without checking that everything was absolutely ok.

I 'm trying to help u all guys regarding the withdrawing fund, as well as i wanted to find a reliable broker. But it seem they do not want to answer my question, and trying to throw me to another department. Great .... i will wait for the reply on that.

I have a live account with FXPRO.com (also http://myfx.pro is their website.)

I have really liked how quick their setup of an account was from start to finish to fully funded. The money that I deposit is quickly available as well. When I first created the account it took about a total of 2 hours from clicking the Create New Account button to having an email from their sales team with my login information and information on how to fund the account. I then started the funding process and within an hour the money was available to use in live trading.

This is the exact opposite of the way two other brokers I have applied for accounts with (they allow micro lots at .01 instead of mini lots of .1) and this was five days ago and still have not heard a peep out of them. So even though I have to use mini lots to trade with, I am very satisfied with my contact with sales and support.

I haven't tried to withdraw money yet though because I am getting my balance to grow so I have less risk playing with minilot trades.

Default could be a scam!

hi , i have 2 live a/c's with fxpro , and so far so good . i am with them since 4 months and i have not faced any kind of serious problem . deposit,withdrawal are very good.I came to FxPro through the transfer from North Finance.

yes indeed the customer care department is a bit drowsy.otherwise FINE . i rate them and give them 4 stars.

Default spreads at fxpro are a rip off

they publicize low spreads on their website but in reality it is much higher. in normal everyday market condition their spread is regular double what they advertise.

I submitted my withdrawal request 3 days ago but no one is processing the request yet. I encountered "withdrawal is declined" several times as the fxpro website never clearly informed customers about the withrawal rules. I have the impression that they tried to delay the withdrawal payments and let customer faced various withrawal problems. I have an email reply from accounting confirmed that I can withdraw profits by Bank Wire even I never use Bank Wire to deposit before. But when I made a Bank Wire withdraw request, I got rejected due to "you need to withdrawal with the same method you deposited". That means each person in the accounting dept has their own ways of handling the request and there is no standard rule. Their withdrawal service certaily is below professional standard, even their rejection email looks amateur.

This company has the same standard of service as a bad mobile phone operator such as T-Mobile. The customer is forced to take ownership of the problems of the company. He is told exactly what the problem is, as if it were a force of nature to be gracefully accepted.

i fund to fxpro using debit card but my bank changed my card and number also.So i cant withdraw because the bank number i fund was different with my new account. I told to account department about my problem. They asking me to provide letter from my bank about this replacement number. I got this letter after i almost kick the manager, so hard to get this letter from my bank. I never ask my bank to change my number. So 1st document they want i got.

After that they want my signature confirm by notary public. I must to pay $100 for for his signature. I got the document and sent it to them after i waste $100 for that. But still not resolve my problem because they said that my country is listed as a non CFT programme country. They should know that before and i dont waste $100 for it.

I almost lost my temple with them then they send me to sign for confirmation about my fund using old debit card. After i send it to them i got the email from them i can withdraw using wire transfer.

I withdraw via wire transfer. I request $4000 on 26 december 2008 (friday) and i got the money in my bank on 30 december 2008 (monday) so fast..:-)

By now i thinking that fxpro is detail about withdraw money and i feel secure my money there..THERE ARE NOT SCAM..
