I'm thinking, and so are my friends, that this is a scam outfit. I had some terrible problems with the demo account, mainly being unable to set stops and limits. Kept running into javascript errors, then the crash hang. Unable to get on for 3-10 hours during a normal trade day. I was able to troubleshoot it back to their server program, so it wasn't my computer or connection causing it.
Steadily, I lost 70% of my demo cash. Not because I'm a bad trader, simply because the platform didn't work correctly. The problem occured most obviously while trading multiple currencies.
After looking checking out their FORUM, I discovered that others had the same problem (but with live accounts...just awful) in the exact same time frames when my troubles occurred.
I wanted to reset the demo account and start over, so thinking it might do it if I ran it down to zero, I launched into a total loss trading scheme. Unfortunately it backfired in a way - the ridiculous stops and limits I set for different currencies vaulted the old balance up 600%. Then it crashed when the limits were hit. Although I can prove that the trades were there - right place, right time - some kind of payoff should have taken place, but miraculously, the old balance was unchanged - no increase in funds.
So I had to ask myself, "what if it had been real money?". The platform would have screwed me big time. Then I thought, "Why would you create a platform designed to kill off potential customers?" They want people to get live accounts, right?....that's how they make their money...why would they turn them off from the get go?
So I decided to email my account manager and get some answers. I also requested that the account be reset if possible.
It's been two weeks now, and still no reply.
