Their platform is simple and user friendly. You can trade and use all functions not to look at their manuals at all. You can deposit money through credit or debit card in a seconds and you can trade in a minute. Other things are not so good: Required margin for their smallest trading lot of 5,000 their units is $25 and pip value is $0.5. You have to calculate how much money you have to deposit to trade safely. You will lose minimum possible deposit of $100 if you won’t have just winners, at least first 30 trades. Use money management calculator because Avax didn’t! Intentionally probably. Minimum deposit should be $500 in Ava's case. Demo account has nothing common with real account: first -demo is freezing every 5 minutes for period of a minute, 24 hours the same. I am running on my computers 3 other platforms and 6 other programs at the same time on 2 independent internet connections. And freezing is just on Ava’s demo. An average freezing on real account is 4 times per day (London and US session) for 30 seconds – enough to miss entry or close. 2nd, demo quotes have 1 second delay. So not serious for trading if you can see changes on other platform. 3rd, they have a demo with $100,000 only. Who will make a deposit of 100k with unregulated, registered broker? My rule is: Serious broker will give you possibility to choose demo balance so trader can really see how to trade with his initial deposit on real account. This is important especially with Avax – to see if $100 deposit really works, which doesn’t in Avax’s case
Support is great – to welcome you by phone in 5 minutes after you’ll open demo and in 2 minutes after open of real account. It’s different with emails: In welcome emails you’ll receive links which don’t work. They will work with manual typing in browser but not all again. If you’ll ask them where their FAQ is because link will give you their ‘Not Found’ page you won’t receive answer at all. But they sent this link twice. Similar is with other questions: On simple question you’ll receive immediate answer, difficult emails they will ignore, no any answer at all. People what are you talking here about?! AVAFX is a 100% SCAM. I used to have an account with them, from 200$ I turned it to 2000$ and then I requested a withdrawal … surprise-suprise! Not only I haven’t received my money back… AVAFX erased almost all of my profitable trades telling me that they were all out of the market! STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SAY GOODBYE FOR YOUR HONESTLY EARN MONEY!

This company has really problems with withdrawal funds. You can wait your funds very long time...I cant advise them to anyone.
