I've gained and retired half of my account balance.
(In exactly 1 week by my email of request withdrawal I've my bank account credited).

All it worked well.

I've opened account in june 2008.

Sometimes, when price slips very much, there was requote, also if requote is in favour of clients (that is a good things), and spread is ever fixed, also during news releases.

One time is occourred a margin call due to a data feed and the next day I explained quiete the happened them.

They were and are very kind and careful.

Once understand the data feed error margin call, they re-opened my position at same price I've opened (In less then 24 hours all it was right).

One time I've also called during night and they answer to phone.

Kind and good italian back office, but also others employees who speak other languages seem to be good.

In the last weeks they have changed in worst their rollover policy, but it's again among the best (or the best) of the market (I've seen for it behind a very lot of forex brokers and banks who offer online forex, but no one offer similar condition).

I think it's good to trade with them.

They are also regulated by FSA and your deposits (only what you deposit up to 30.000 + 18.000 gbp) are ensured by Compensation Scheme if broker will go to fail.
