I knew next to nothing about Forex when I first came across Forex Training Works website. After a thorough browse of the site, I became interested but did not want to fall for another gimmick. After further internet browsing, I came across some other training vendors. The next cheaper alternative I found was asking for about 6 times the amount of Forex Training Works. My wife and I talked to Mr. Sid Wyemann of Forex Training Works and a representative of one of those other vendors. What Mr. Sid Wyemann promised is a system that would guarantee your capital while offering you the enormous opportunity to make a living in a new way through Forex, while the other representative sounded just like one of those other 'opportunities' that we had poured our hard earned money into in the past. I am glad we chose to go with Forex Training Works. They delivered what was promised – I have not lost a dime of my hard earned money and I will not, if I follow what I have been thought. The training materials were simple (you only need to know how to read and use a computer) and systematically presented over the 4 –week training period. I did not become a Pro after the training and I really did not expect to be one immediately. Forex Training Works offers an apprenticeship program that provides a post-training support framework for their students. The daily posts on the bulletin and the Sunday live call provide excellent support system for all. I have not gone live with my money yet, I am still learning the discipline that Forex Training Works exponents. I am confident that I made the right choice of a vendor to receive the training from, who is also providing me necessary apprenticeship. The moderate training cost was helpful as it eliminates the pressure to rush into trading live in order to recoup the capital outlay required by those other vendors.

If you want an honest tutor and mentor then Sid is your man. The training is comprehensive and well structured. The ongoing support is fantastic, daily blogs, weekly conference calls, this is an amazing community of people supporting and encouraging each other. The training covers all the disciplines, money management and psychological aspects of trading. The rest is up to you, no Bull, just a proven system which if applied correctly will work for you.

WOW! I am really surprised to see the 5 star reviews for Sids course. Maybe I missed the point:

The Bad

- Everything Sid teaches can be found on the net FREE
- Things like indicators and Support/Resistance are just brished aside
- The pip target of 2,3,4,etc. pips per day is achievable on demo but certainly not consistently on live
- Maybe there is psychology at play here where people who spent £1000 (including myself) feel as if they need to justify why they did it and how wonderful they feel about it now
- I wonder how many people are geuinely making money on a LIVE account using this technique (very few I would guess)
- Expensive for what you are getting. The information is worth not more than £50

The Good

Initially when I completed the course I asked myself "is that it?". I felt as though I had been robbed but in my head I was still trying to justify it, but no matter how hard I tried there was no justification. And yes I did try this method on demo and live. On demo I was quite successful but as soon as I switched to live I could not match the results because the platforms work so differently.

I suppose if someone can use the information and make £1000 back then the course was above 5 stars but I bet most people will not even get close to that figure.

For all those that have completed the course ask yourself "has anything you learnt in the course made a difference to your trading or life?". If you can genuinely answer yes then well done otherwise just like me you have been charge a lot of money for very basic information.

Sid and Kris are nice people and I wish them continued success but I am not happy that poor unsuspecting people are attending this course to be provided with information which is basically useless.

I have been doing forextrainging works for the past eleven months and have not had any problem(s) with it. I have found the course and the mentor ship very helpful and rewarding and of such I have been trading the way I was taught by Sid Wyemann without any problem. I would recommend this course to every one who would like to be successful in forex trading.
