I purchased Xenia and requested a refund because afterwards I found out that signals can come at any time of the day or night, which does not fit my schedule. I explained many times to Hedgemaster that I cannot be glued to my computer, including before I purchased it. Before I purchased they said "Human Factor" was involved, but it was very simple and my limitation of only being able to check trades a few minutes a day, a few times a day at the most should not affect my ability to get most of the trades. It was advertised as a 95% (not 100%) automated solution.

But the fact that signals (which also need to be confirmed) can come at any time of the day or night, makes it almost 100% not automated in actual experience. They claimed this product was never advertised as an automated solution, but their email response to my direct question before I bought it proves otherwise.

They refused to give me a refund. However, they claimed a promotion to rebate XENIA by making qualifying trades through a brokerage company (Tradeview) I signed up with was just as good as a refund. However, I mentioned to them that many other brokerages offer bonuses for trade volume (such as Alpari, FXDD), that the rebate should not take the place of a refund. They vehemantly disagreed and made personal criticisms of me. They also tried to intimidate me from posting a review on FPA in multiple emails.

I qualified for the rebate through my trade volume but I never made one trade with Tradeview based on XENIA or their other product called Scaled Equation. But I made my trades either discretionary or through an automated EA or a different system I was following.

FYI, I did not like Tradeview's spreads, which led to much worst results than another person I was comparing notes with who followed the exact same system (not XENIA) as I, but with another brokerage which highlights their tight spreads. As a result I am changing my brokerage company to that of this other person.
I've tried using the XeniaEA according to their manual, however, I have been unable to be make consistently profitable trades with their system. They promised a refund prior to my purchase but I have been unable to receive any response from hedgemasterfx. I will update this post if they ever reply to my refund request.

I have used the Xenia EA and the Scaled Equation since Aug 08. I have no losses with Xenia but it do
es not make many trades. Scaled Equation has made me over 90 percent profit. I would pay $197 for Scaled Equation and $89 for Xenia but $197 for both is not a bad deal. I must say how disgusted I am with what Bob (below) did to hedgemaster. I give him one star!!
