I am the senior support manager of forexfundas.com
While searching in google i came across this link and shocked to see the customer saying denied access.
First i would like to make it very clear that, he hasn't completed the signup form completely.
After completion of payment, he didn't sign up the registration form.
We sent him a mail asking him to register. But no response. Then finally matching with the paypal id, we ourself set him a username and password and sent to him.
This guy without contacting the support team, he is messaging wrong about us in all the forums. We will never miss out a mail. We will reply all the mails.
Even in the shoutbox of our site, he said he didn't get access. Our admin has replied saying, send the paypal transaction id to
support@forexfundas.com and he never did that. We haven't received any mail from him.
Then somehow we ourself has setup login details and mailed him.
We will never leave any customer with access denied.
Kind request to anyone who posts in the forums. Before posting anything wrong about any company, make sure you contact the support team.
